Whilst some men can easily handle the, sometimes sudden, change of losing their hair, others can find the transition into becoming bald a much harder process to accept. For some it is a great source of unhappiness that can lead to a decline in their mental state, causing conditions such as anxiety and / or depression. 

Although the age at which men lose their hair varies and typically starts later on in life, some are unfortunate and lose it in their early to mid twenties. It usually starts with the hairline receding up the forehead and / or bald patches on the top of the head around the crown. This movement in the hairline is most obvious after a hair cut when more of the head becomes visible.

Lack Of Confidence 

It is only natural that when this begins to start that their confidence takes somewhat of a knock. Because of the many downsides, particularly on mental health, that becoming bald can bring, it is beneficial to a man’s overall health to not only come to terms with their hair loss, but to actually fully embrace the process. This will help to fight off the inevitable dip in confidence and feelings of embarrassment that come with it.
